The WIT Technology ozone generator is engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable, high-concentration ozone production. Manufactured in Jinan, Shandong Province, China, this high-pressure discharge type generator features a quartz tube dielectric material and air-cooling system, producing ozone at concentrations up to 10 wt%. Available models include the WiTAP-O series (0.1-100K) and WiTAP-A series (0.5-50K), with additional configurations customizable to meet specific capacity and application requirements. The skid-mounted design simplifies installation and integration into existing water treatment, air purification, or industrial process systems. Operating with a current frequency range of 1000-3000Hz, the generator delivers efficient ozone output with an equipment service life exceeding 10 years.

The principle of ozone production through dielectric barrier discharge:

Under high-voltage discharge conditions, the raw gas within the discharge unit is ionized. High-energy electrons ionize the oxygen molecules in the raw gas into oxygen atoms, and the oxygen atoms combine with oxygen molecules to form ozone molecules.

The ozone generator mainly consists of the main unit, power supply, internal circulating water system, dosing system, off-gas destruction system and supporting instruments. Mandatory standard instruments include an ozone concentration monitor, ozone leakage alarm detector and oxygen leakage alarm detector; all other instruments are optional.

The ozone generation system is equipped with a cloud platform system as standard configuration. It supports real-time remote monitoring of equipment operating status via mobile terminals and PCs, and is provided with functions including operation data storage and remote alarm notification.

Dew point meter: Detect the dew point temperature of the raw gas

Ozone concentration meter: Detect the ozone concentration at the outlet of the ozone generator.

Ozone Leak Detector: Detects ozone leakage in the ozone generator room.

Oxygen Leak Detector: Detect oxygen leakage in the ozone generator room.

Dissolved ozone concentration meter: optional, used to detect ozone concentration in water.

Tail gas ozone concentration meter: optional, used to detect ozone concentration of inlet gas before destruction.
