Shandong WIT Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "WIT Intelligent") originated from Shandong University. Leveraging the technical advantages of the university, it has gradually transformed from a traditional environmental protection engineering enterprise into an integrated service provider of intelligent high-end equipment. After more than two decades of development, it can be divided into four core stages. The company originated from Shandong University (It ranks 339th globally in 2025 and is a world-class university), which was established in 1991. It emerged from a university research platform and possesses a profound research background and technical heritage.

2. Founding and Establishment Period (1991-2002)

The company has been in operation for over 10 years and has achieved multi-faceted development. Its business has expanded to cover various sectors such as environmental protection, medicine, power, and property, and it has successfully listed on the main board.

3. Strategic Upgrading Period (2002-2020)

By increasing capital through actual capital contribution and enhancing investment in environmental protection intelligent equipment, we aim to expand our capital base. We also aim to rename the company to highlight its technological attributes, achieving a transformation from "project-oriented" to "technology-oriented", focusing on equipment manufacturing and technological research and development, and breaking away from reliance on traditional construction projects, thereby completing the structural optimization of our enterprise's development direction.

4. Intelligent Transformation Period (2024 - Present)

The company changed its name again to anchor intelligent development, expanded multi-sector business, and upgraded from an equipment supplier to an integrated solution provider. A number of self-developed new products have achieved key technological breakthroughs, won large-scale benchmark projects, and have a market reach across the country and overseas. Multiple authoritative awards have solidified its position as an industry benchmark.
